Stop Giving the "Need" Command for Drop Gear in Dungeons to Higher Geared Players!

It actually is a problem makes us redo runs more just to get gear for our needs? it cuts on our other activities such as FC raids and such. It disrupts the purpose of having roles in a party. Kind of funny people who you can't their profile on Loadstone are mainly the only ones who you can tell that have a problem. Do you tank? Do you heal? of do you just focus on DPS because your either a terrible Tank or a terrible Healer? I can't say but that would explain a lot of things based on your responses. Could you allow public access? Just curious on your current stats and Jobs leveled. Also have you tried doing unsync dungeons? No tank and Healer and everyone can DPS and play the Job they want. How far can you get with that?

Can't be bothered to look into that horrid Lodestone settings menu atm, however, BLM: what you see, WHM: i261 average with i270 relic, AST/SCH: same as WHM with i240 weapons (average should be close to 260, didn't check), lolSMN: what you see with a 240 weapon, DRK: i250ish with i255 weapon, MNK: can't even remember!)
So, yes, I'm healer/dps mostly, tank for older patch content (to help FC/friends most of the time).

Not blaming the settings menu, but I really don't see any reason to go log in somewhere on mobile, and change privacy/whatever settings just because some random needs to check me out.

It's much of the same for you actually, if you want things handed to you just because you picked a class/job to run a d/f dungeon.
