People can have their own opinions about healer dps in casual content (dungeons/easy trials). It's not required, you can stand around all day and play top-off every HP healer.

You are likely to get judged though.

But you probably do the same thing to other players too. Even as a healer l judge bad tanks that still have Void Park or Wiping City gear, still hold a BAD-jali weapon, and don't know how to use cooldowns on an over-pull, which cuts down our healer DPS. Like you should know being minimum ilvl, you should play your job buttons a little more carefully. Or maybe we judge DPS that don't AoE the mobs or use cooldowns to amp up their damage. There is always that black mage that won't use Enochian, or know how to read it's tooltip. Or a bard that won't sing me Foe Requiem while I'm putting up more healer damage then they do. I can judge all day, but I won't say anything unless we wipe or I feel it's dramatically going to change things.

See that happens anyway with good and bad players. In the end-game scene, there is a performance difference from a no-dps healer to one that can do both with some finesse. No one is asking for a godly healer DPS numbers, just some concerted effort. There is a standard of what a "good" healer is at this level. Savage end-game might not interest you, but there are players that regularly do the end-game and we still do all the same casual raid/dungeon content.
