How would they fix PLD 4.0?

They should gate Royal Authority behind Sword Oath, and up the potency.
Alter Savage Blade to have increased potency in combo while in Sword Oath. instead of increased enmity.
Gate Rage of Halone behind Shield Oath.
Get rid of the crappy auto attack buff on Sword Oath completely.
Add a stacking mitigation buff triggered by successful parry or block.
Add a job ability that burns stacks and, while in Sword Oath, does single target damage, and in Shield Oath, does AoE damage.
