Sorry, but if your "standards" involve everyone's entire run going south for one person simply forgetting something with no hope of correcting the problem, we will never agree.
It's like running out of gas in your car. It's an innocent mistake the first time it happens in your life. If it happens a second time, then a person is just making bad decisions.
You don't ask Ford to install back up gas tanks, and you don't tell your friends to get out and push while you sit inside and steer.
