And also as the person who set up the party how much did the op go into asking them about all the mechanics and what they knew about the fight before they even qued up. So again some of this has to go on the op its a process forming a party and questions could of been asked so if they didnt have a clue to what they were talkin about they could of kicked them from the party if they felt that they needed to. And like I said you can go do a fight once clear and still fail to mechanics, I am giving those the benefit of the doubt that maybe they did get to the phases that the op asked. But in the end the minimal amount of experience they would of had with this fight because it is still new,caused them to fail at them.
There's a vast number of reasons why OP may not have gotten a premade party together with people he knew. Maybe they weren't on. Maybe he's in a small FC. Maybe he's the only person he knows interested in doing the fight. Maybe his static time doesn't occur at 5:30 AM on a Tuesday? Maybe he has odd hours and doesn't know a lot of people? The list goes on and on...

Why is it on the OP to conduct an interview of each party member when the comment of his party finder literally said what he was looking for.
