Update:
The GM replied to his initial post. It was incorrect, he meant equipment, not mounts:
So yeah, you will be able to exchange MGP for the Garo gears at patch 3.55, but not for the mounts.
Greetings, adventurers!
The GARO collaboration gear was implemented as PvP equipment, and as such we've made it so that it can first be obtained through PvP. However, in Patch 3.55 we will add the undyeable version of this gear, which will be obtainable in exchange for MGP. If you're interested in this gear ahead of time, we encourage you to try out the PvP content!
We apologize for any confusion regarding how to obtain the gear.
I hope you're all enjoying this event as much as I have been so far!

I'm guessing this is permanent? I don't see an end date anywhere and all the achievements are visible ones. (The temporary event achievements don't show up at all until you obtain them.)
They are also not under seasonal events like the Yo'kai one was.
so once the event ends, will only the un-dyeable versions be available for MGP? That's sad T_T
I mean honestly, The MGP vendor would be cool and all, but I think its much easier to get the gear in PVP than people realize.
Doing Shatter, I got 1100 Wolf marks from a win yesterday, and cause I did it from the frontline roulette, that was an extra 1000 wolf marks. It's almost mindlessly easy to get the full set right now.
not to mention the challenge log wolf marks for the week
For achievement hunters, it's easy to overlook that there's actually only 9 sets of gear to obtain, not 13. The remaining 4 sets are gender locked variants for some of the classes.
