All I see is people complaining that others don't cater to them when they don't even do a 10 second fix to prevent any problems. If you want people to cater to you, put in some effort yourself.
DF is vote by majority. If you're getting kicked out, you're in the minority. Go put up a PF if you want things done your way. If you're using DF, you are under the whim of the majority.
