Nintendo Switch will use a Maxwell GPU, not Pascal according to this article, in fact it will not even use the new Parker SoC(System on a Chip). Right now it looks more like a variant of the Tegra X1 or Tegra K1 that nVidia already uses in their own Shield products. Link to article below;
