Unwanted, unfortunate, and unheard community

I won't deny that there are in fact toxic players, but even the ones who aren't see both issues at large in that disabling a means of communication if only to punish or mitigate misuse will do more harm than good, and that by and large the PvP community goes unanswered or even ignored at length. Regardless of your stance on these issues, they are undeniable truths that speak very ill of the way the community is handled.

It took 3 years of begging, suggesting, and pleading to finally get the means to duel and soon, GC restrictions lifted. Angry minion collectors were answered in a less than 2 weeks. Sure, the scale of the changes are vastly different, but it's a matter of one community within the game having their complaints actually answered vs another barely getting anything; content, changes, or even explanations of said changes. Would this be okay if it were any other community in the game? Why is it okay for just PvPers to get such treatment?

It's sure if the pvp is the last thing where players is heard, i can understand the pvp community is little but it will stay little forever if it's all time the last content to get something.

And no it's not ok. PVP is too much the last focus, earing for top 10 is just too low for replacement of the minion that will be aviable for everyone after. Also i don't understand why crying for a minion and not for the gear... everything in the game like glamour, mount, minion is collectable item. for me it don't make any sense, anything can be a limited reward.

Because Top 100 gear was so ugly nobody cared about it.

Well they have answered PvPers in the past about dueling and GC restrictions. It was just no followed by a questionable excuse. The minion people got a yes but no real answer yet.

Due to the short nature of matches, current PvE tools to regulate players behavior don't work. Now if this was a few other companies we would have gotten a stat like X% of all games lead to a GM complaint. Or X% of players never do more then 10 matches in feast.

Also it is obvious that SE is running this game with as little staff as possible. And while raids have just as low a population participation, they make for good promo and selling videos. If the manpower was available people have had better options. This has got to be the easiest and cheapest fix. A more reasonable choice would be the first three tiers of ranking with no chat. But that comes back to not as easy and cheap.
