The point I was making it that outside PVP SE doesn't seem to believe in exclusive rewards cause they either make them easier to obtain via nerfs or add them to cash shop but they want to do it for PVP one and done never again. They either need to do exclusive rewards across the board whether it be 2.1 PVE content, 3.4 PVP content or future 4.0 content.
