    They still sell the items you get during seasonal events, at least the Quest rewards, but only for the ones you got anyway. So you can't just buy event gear for events you never did. That was always a cash shop only thing.

    No. For the first year and a half, old holiday reward items were on a vendor accessible by everyone (even those who were not present for the last one).

    @Alimdia: I agree that selling furniture on the store and making the event furniture in-game not tradeable is a really crappy tactic and not okay.
