Been messing around with my opener a little bit. Howling Fist seems to come up around 10~ seconds before the 2nd B4B and I'm wondering if it would be better to delay it (Either then or in the opener) so that you can use it buffed by the B4B? I assume in the long run its a potency loss, but most fights don't even last around 3-4 minutes without a mechanic or something happening.

It's a 3.5 potency loss per second when held. Meaning that if it's 6 or less seconds left it's worth holding. Now, this is part of what makes a skilled player, know when downtime is coming and optimise after it. If you know that holding fist is not going to affect the amount of howling fists you can use, it's worth holding it for BfB. For example on the dummy it's better to hold the cooldowns at the end so that they line up with IR + BfB as you won't gain an additional use from them.

The more likely hold scenario is when it will hit multiple targets. But 60s is basically a short CD and synced with Internal Release, so as a rule of thumb, don't.
