As a completely new player playing MRD you wouldn't even think that one of your most important skills comes from GLA unless you are told, which the game does not. It's all well and good saying the information is there, but it is only there if you know what you are looking for, if somebody tells you, or if you stumble across it accidentally.
Even if I had the POV of a new player at the point that I started leveling another class I would go over what skills I would need and think to myself oh this looks important maybe I should take it. Its not that hard. Trial and error and at least they are leveling other classes and trying to learn new cross class abilities, that right there is better than people who don't put any effort in trying.
