Yes but you can still see what classes and jobs can use what skills from there own set. So common knowledge(I know thats VERY hard around this community) when you try out another class you look at the skills.

You are saying this with the hindsight of knowing that provoke is important. As a completely new player playing MRD you wouldn't even think that one of your most important skills comes from GLA unless you are told, which the game does not. It's all well and good saying the information is there, but it is only there if you know what you are looking for, if somebody tells you, or if you stumble across it accidentally.
