Bad example. Who does not want to learn can do perfectly the other roulettes, many new people come with the mentality of other MMO like WoW where not want to learn anything So if you enter a system where people teach you, you have to be willing to listen and learn

That's a cynical point of view. There are also people who come from playing single-player casual games like the core Final Fantasy games who don't even consider that other people might know what they're talking about. And if you don't try to help them see that they need to listen and learn (part of the job of a mentor), then you really shouldn't wear the crown.
