Additional penalties for mentors insta-leaving dungeons?

I remember when I healed Amdapoor HM.....

The tank was undergeared, both dps were mentors & overgeared.

The tank struggled to keep aggro & the mentors brutally berated him & I just sat quite bc I don't like conflict. Right before the first boss they told him all kinds of cruel things & finally he left....then both mentors proceeded to leave. So I was sitting there before the boss alone in absolute awe that people could be so horrible let alone MENTORS. And that is how I lost faith in them forever.

Which is why they have to remove any rewards from being a mentors, to make sure this ends, a lot of player will stop being a mentor but hey, who need a mentor that is here only for a reward and gets mean towards new players ?

Plus, no wonder some refuses to ear mentor or see them as sharks, if you keep encountering A-hole along your journey as a new player, i guess you end up disabeling the chat log or become bitter towards mentors
