don't forget they're also reworking the wildfire animation!

Wow. What a trip.
I'll start off with something I haven't seen anyone else mention yet; Estinihogg's Ultimate. Or, rather, the Blood of the Dragon effect that surrounds him as he charges the attack. Now, I had assumed that the coils was representative of Midagrdsormr, a show of him granting you some of his power and all. But it seems to be something that maybe all of his children can do as well. (Then there's the whole Nael Deus Darnus thing, but others have mentioned it; I'm leaning towards that transformation being related to the Celestial Dragons as well. Primals do retain some bit of the one they're made from...)
Anyway, onto the rest of the trailer...
MSQ -
This is going to be really good. Ameryic leaving the city for Zenith, trying to convince Hraesvelgr to help out just before Nidhogg attacks the Steps...has to be a ton of tension in the air and a great sense of urgency to succeed in getting his help. We must return just as the attack starts, just in the nick of time.
Recreating the cinematic trailer in-game finally... O.O ... Can't wait to see it with my character. As for the dungeon itself, looove the music and atmosphere.
Mhach -
The different environments for each stage is going to be interesting for sure. One thing I can't figure out...which early fights are bosses, and which are just trash? Or are there more than 4 bosses this time...
Moogles -
They're so cute in the trailer (those miner Moogles)...really hoping they redeem themselves...
Also, looks like we get to use two mounts for their quests (Wyvern and the Mote)
Hullbreaker -
Fighting Mistbeard. That is all
Aquapolis/Palace of the Dead -
Both look interesting in their own ways. More of a time-waster for now IMO. Though the Palace group was 4 DPS...and those transformations must play a part in the level they were on. And I'm betting that's Edda
Also, dyable Dreadwyrm gear. Time to make a new glamour
Shatter -
Wonder what the lore behind it is, but damn, looks like fun (I love Frontlines, so...)
Hildibrand -
Hildibrand
Sohr Khai -
Really nice atmosphere, and *love* the music. Guessing Hraesvelgr has us go there to test us, prove we are worthy of his aid...
Little disappointed there was nothing on the Anima quests or whatever we're doing with the Garleans on Azys Lla
Okay so assuming we're probably gonna be linking up with Yda and big Papa going into 3.4 the question is have is where those bits are gonna take place? Surely they're not gonna be like "Oh, we've been hiding out in those caves behind Lost Hope this whole time, sorry guys!"
I can already imagine Fray's opinion on that. :PThat's what makes us a bona fide hero though. It's not the divine blessing, martial might, or ability to topple impossibly powerful foes. We advance toward what lesser souls retreat from... even if we're probably just as terrified, especially since Estinien is our in-universe dear friend.
Everyone's all hyped about going DRG for the Final Steps of Faith, but what is a WHM like me supposed to wear?

Another I notice. I think that the theme song used for the presentation of Hilibrand, indoor garden and gear is the theme song of the weeping city when we arent on battle.
If I may end to be right... dammm.. what a creepy song for an dark and forgotten city of BLM lalas.. but well lalas are lalas, the song fits to the place if you think about it.
If the Mhach did not use allagan desings that pusher foward their progress at all, either way they were close of becoming the new allagans there.

That may bring the Flood in a new light. Perhaps the Elementals saw what the Allagans were doing and wanted to prevent another civilisation from doing the same things they did?
Is just what i speculate, but it could also turn that the piramid worked as prision somehow?
Thats why probably could have the best and more advanced defense sistems they had?
