I totally agree with you on the MSQ stuff. Way to look like a badass. I'm looking forward to that cutscene. I've even been picking out my DRG glamour for the scene today (have to fight Nidhogg as a DRG naturally). It looks promising as a dramatic conclusion. I still think it's very likely we will save Estinien in one form or another. I still kind of expect some twist at the end but at this point its possible it might not actually be in the MSQ but perhaps in the Side quest Warring Triad stuff.
Weeping City looks good and though Im not a fan of all the gear sets, I really like the tank set. Mhachi technology is... interesting. It will be curious to learn more. I'm thinking perhaps Ozma might end up being some type of Mhachi control device for accessing Scatach's home base though I really doubt that the end boss actually is Scatch. I think its more likely its some type of old bound Voidsent that controls the area. After all the stuff we are fighting seems to be Mhachi defense systems rather than agents of Scatach.
Moogles.... I'll wait and see if they can actually redeem the little blighters.
The Hullbreaker HM appeals to me a lot more now I know who the last boss is. Its like a nice continuation from our duel with Raubahn in 3.2. Its nice we get to challenge some of the Eorzean Alliance's top fighters.
Hildibrand will be fun though I'm not overly excited. The Warring Triad sidequests interest me more. We get the next Scholasticate stuff in 3.4 according to Yoshi P.
Field of Glory could be interesting. Im incline to wait and see if their is any interesting lore tied to it. After all the lore behind the other Frontlines locations was pretty interesting.
It never occurred to me that the low level and how that would impact on them being able to use Edda. Its a good point. Perhaps its not Edda but it will give us hints and what led her down the path she went down.
Im actually wondering if Sohr Khai will actually be us beating Hraesvelgr into listening to us rather than simply him testing us. Basically we go a fewrounds till he finally calms down enough to listen. Its interesting in the MSQ he was standing next to two dragons. One was Vidhofnir. The other looked like the friendly dragon from the Darkscale FATE chain in the Churning Mists. Also interestingly in the Final Steps of Faith, those adds look like Darkscale's underlings. It would be nice if that FATE chain ties into the MSQ.
