How to Dragoon per Second: A DPS Paradigm

With all the talk of accuracy, I thought it might be appropriate to post some testing I've done on the subject.

Feel free to use any of the information provided. Don't mind the ACC @ i160 part as I was trying to find a pattern between accuracy and calculated ilvl of content to see if there was a way to predict accuracy requirements for future content.

I've heard that magic users can get away with as little as 593 accuracy, so calculated Frontal should be 697.

I'm thinking it's either 595/699 or 596/700. There's been a reported miss at 698. Myself and Hakmatic have not missed thus far at 699.
