What's with people saying Yokai-Watch looks out of place?

Big difference between homage and recycling
Crystal Tower is a homage, XI, XII and XIII enemies are obviously recycled to cut down on cost and are you implying that they recycle because some things are popular with people?

I don't like recycling either, but it doesn't matter if it's homage or recycle, the point is that it's not "out of place" since it's thematically similar, unlike the yokai suff.
If you're talking about Lamia, they have been around for hundreds of years, in mythology, and in games since before FF was invented; it's a common monster in RPG.
Bahamut, Ifrit, Shiva, Moogles, Chocobos, etc, have all been recycled since basically the first FF game, and no one seem to mind - but now we need to complain about these mobs from FF12 or 13? i don't know why they put them here (i guess to cut down on dev time as you said) but it doesn't matter in the context of the thread.
