I think it Just needs to return the fairy at the end of the effect, and that's all. ( maybe we could get also a 20% buff for offensive skills as well, not only healing ones.)

Lol 30 second raging strikes. Other classes would riot. xD I'd love it, but energy drain would be a good start.
If I had a 20% potency buff to both healing and offensive skill with Dissipation since the 3.0 I would have probably used it a lot, but I don't think it wolded be overpowered anyway, take in consideration that WAR has a 50% damage buff and the PLD if I'm not wrong a +30%, basically because they are not a DPS class, and also those buff has an all way shorter recast time than Dissipation.
Also I wonder, if there was a +20% on offensive magics too, as lustrate and indimitability are not affected by it because they aren't magicks but "skills", Energy drain woudn't be affected too?
(Just a theoric question, I'm not asking for implementing it even if I would enjoy it xD)
Well yes and no. I think this is mostly a bug that lustrate and indom' aren't affected ( even tho they seem to be considered differently as the others skills, because they ain't concerned about the silence, for ex.)If I had a 20% potency buff to both healing and offensive skill with Dissipation since the 3.0 I would have probably used it a lot, but I don't think it wolded be overpowered anyway, take in consideration that WAR has a 50% damage buff and the PLD if I'm not wrong a +30%, basically because they are not a DPS class, and also those buff has an all way shorter recast time than Dissipation.

But yeah some dps boost by that would give a better use of dissipate
It's been confirmed to be like that by design. Why dps abilities are affected by dps buffs, but healer abilities are not affected by healing buffs is beyond me. xDWell yes and no. Answer was : physick, adlo and succor are healing spells affected by healing buff ; lustrate, indo are healing abilities and aren't affected (or vice-versa maybe).
Point is, they're viewed differently by SE so they have a justification to not buff it.
You'll make a fine corpse.
