Enhanced Aero III - Having to do all three dots is annoying, just saying. Also SE likes RNG procs for WHM a lot so it'll satisfy them.

Scholar has 4 dots to apply, White Mage and Astrologian have 2. Aero I is only used when you need an instant-cast spell (like to weave Fluid Aura or Assize in) since it's flat weaker than Stone III.

Plus if you start your dots and neeeed to heal, you can do A3>A2>A>Cleric>Tetra, like I generally do on Scholar with B2>M>B>A>Cleric>Lustrate>Adlo

What I would personally want to see for WHM would be stuff like:
- Fluid aura gaining Silence and being 100% accuracy.
- AoE mitigation skill, since WHM is the only healer lacking anything of this sort. To keep with the flavor, maybe something like:
Reflect - Casts a protective shield on self and nearby party members that mitigates damage up to 15% of caster's max health, while reflecting 25% of damage mitigated in this way back to the attacker. Duration: 30s. 150s cooldown. (This would be ~4500 damage if the WHM has 15000 health and all 8 shields break)
- More traditional healer buff skills, like maybe Bubble (heal for x potency while buffing target's health the same amount, put it on a cooldown, probably) / Bravery/Faith/Might/Something of the sort. Just one skill on a long cooldown that boosts offensive potential of a target or the party.

And for SCH:
- More uses for Aetherflow on the offensive side. Energy Drain is great, Bane is fun, but I'd really like to see them go outside the box and give us interesting ways to spend Aetherflow outside of Lustrate/Indom and Energy Drain/Bane. Hell, I'd even take a skill that burns an Aetherflow stack for just a quick burst Mana+TP heal on a target (including self) that's percentage based and doesn't require leaving Cleric. Put it on that /loathesome/ 30s cooldown and I don't think it'd be too strong.
- More Fairy skills. They got nothing new this patch - I want more stuff for them to do to give them a bit more... fun? Rather than just being the static little heal slaves that they are now.
- AoE Broil (new skill) with like 70-80 potency. I understand we can't have Holy or Gravity, but I'd really like to not be sitting there casting Blizzard 2 as a Scholar. Like 99.9% personal preference rather than a legit thing we need.
- I dunno, SCH has no holes that I really feel outside of the above, an even those aren't really holes and are just QoL sorts of improvements.
- But pls. Don't give SCH HoTs. We don't need or want them. D: And when we do, we just use Eos.

Not sure why you assumed I had no clue about how to put on DoTs after suggesting a QoL trait. If SCH wants a Tri-Disaster then suggest it, I'm not stopping you.
