    I haven't found a fight released in 3.1/3.2 where Fracture has destroyed my DPS to the point where I have had to drop it. The only fights I can recall from 3.0 and beyond where I have had TP issues like that are A3s and A4s. Seph does cut it close if you have bad dps in the first phase, and bad dps at the end of the fight but thats about it.

    You don't have to use fracture, but you're going to start clipping your Demolish's, and fracture is your third strongest skill, after Demolish and Touch of Death as long as one DoT ticks (making it stronger than bootshine).

    Hello.

    I don't main Monk, but I like to play them.
    I have a couple of quick noob questions, and I'm hoping for some input.

    Perfect Balance - So, the point is to only get your 3 stacks, and then start with Bootshine? Because doing more Snaps is a DPS loss? Does that mean PB should only ever be used as part of an opener and never during the middle of a fight if it becomes available again?

    Placement of IR in this opener right before Bootshine - IR gives a better chance to crit, right? But Bootshine is a guaranteed crit if you hit your behind-positional, right? Therefore, isn't the IR wasted for a GCD if you do it right before Bootshine? The Bootshine is going to crit anyway, so maybe IR after the Bootshine instead to let it go for one for GCD before it falls off? Or has this sort of thing been tested and it doesn't matter anyway?

    With this current opener how...well 1st what is your progress in A5-8S? So how would you're openers be doing and what would you say a good half of those fights would you be doing dps wise ex: opener like 3k and consistantly: 1800 stuff like that. Also what would your BiS look like? Seems you're opener is about the best looking one here so would just like some info behind it, if possible.

    I don't use my base opener in any of Midan Savage ATM. Small changes and what not to maximize gains. I also unfortunately can't tell you my dps as I play on a PS4 so I can't parse. Finally my group had to switch members around and I think we've lost at least 1-2 raid days every week since 3.2 so we are still at A6s unfortunately.

    This is my 3.2 End game gear goal. I don't call it BiS because its really only supposed to limit SS as much as possible while also keeping Acc reasonably low.

    When it comes to numbers, and what opener is better, I'm definitely not the person to ask. I just wipe a lot so I get to practice doing (And theory crafting) openers more than anything else in this game. To be honest, I don't even really like Monk all that much. I want to main MCH but my static already has a BRD lol.
