I was just kicked from my static for healing and shielding too much. Please help.

Well.... with the details you've given, I can't blame them. If you're just overhealing and not contributing as much as you can in a static raiding group, and they have someone available who is willing to try to be the best they can be, the group has the right to replace with no regrets. A member of a group not contributing as much as their role allows hurts the play experience of 7 other people.

A Scholar especially is in general viewed as the "DPS Healer" in a 2 healer setup.
