Interim solutions/positions always become a permanent measure when it works, in all walks of life. Given how the paid service is acceptable, it became the solution to the matter. Any further free changes they may do is essentially treated as icing on the cake. It's unfortunate but, unless they run out of things to do, that's how things are. It's best not to expect results that are above and beyond what is immediately given to you. To have too much hope in an MMORPG, particularly when it comes to non-prioritized projects, is rather folly lol.
