    Heh. In light of the rumored PvP changes and their supposed desire to enliven that aspect of the game...I find this potentially hilarious.

    Either tank damage is a decent amount lower after this change, or they're just shooting themselves in "that" foot.

    Maybe. If not, healers will still have no reason not to throw out some dots and actively DPS to help a run go faster or to help burn down mobs or a boss quicker like they should be.

    What does this mean for paladins? I know that paladin is the CD heavy brick wall of the three but do they have more VIT? If so, are they going to be looked down on less? I'm just curious, since I enjoy switching between the three tanks but lately it's war/drk or GTFO.

    Job Adjustments Part II

    In regards to tanks, we’ll be looking at each of the three jobs’ defense traits and making overall adjustments to their values. Amongst the adjustments, paladin will be receiving large adjustments. Not only in terms of their offensive-aspects, but overall adjustments as well.

    You do realize Paladin doesn't really mitigate any better than the other two tanks, right? o.o

    I mean there's HG, but that's 10 seconds every 7 minutes so...

    For i150 pvp, it should be around a 13% decrease in damage for a 20% increase in hp vs current Str tanks. Tanks will be a bit harder to kill but a bit less deadly than they are currently.

    Oh, I don't mind. I don't really want it to be better but I would love for them to be just as viable. I love the play style of paladin over the other two.

    As Tank I'm quite happy I won't have to choose between damage and survival anymore (although I can't avoid parry with STR-Accessoiries anymore *sob*
    As Healer I'm quite happy I'll have more time to dps without having to heal the tank as if he'd be a DPS.
    As DPS I'm quite happy that the tanks will have an easier time with hate due to increased power with their VIT+STR main gear.

    Nice changes I think everyone will benefit from
