If that's the response you would've given for a legitimate question, then I'd suggest you stick to playing solo games where the only one to suffer from your choice of playstyle is yourself.
No, that's the response I would have given after the entire conversation. Look at the whole screen shot. He keeps going even after they go after the trash mobs. He stops the party a second time just to keep the argument alive. He got kicked because he wouldn't let it go even after she adjusted her play style.
