If someone can't pull it off but at least they're trying, then that's great, but if you're just lazying it out, then you should be called out at all times. Enough is enough, if you wanna just stare at your screen and expect to be carried out, you should be ashamed of wasting other people's time, and that is the most rude behaviour towards someone.

The minimum level of skill of this game needs to be significantly raised at once, the community is the culprit of having it so low and I am tired of it.

And to the people calling others "elitists" for expecting the bare minimum, you're no better than that BLM there.

Maybe you didn't read the update from the healer:

I honestly didn't notice if the BLM was using Enochian or even if the BRD was using WM. I was busy healing and DPSing myself. A boss taking a long time doesn't fall on one DPS.

BTW leaving this here since people are misinformed about who said what. BLM was actually nice about the whole thing.

Imo, I would have not gotten into it like the tank, but if it kept going I probably would have kicked mattlock myself here, mainly because I find such people annoying to please.

The bare minimum expected from one as a player, not as a dungeon. But there you go. I personally do not care if I finish a dungeon a minute earlier or ten minutes later, as long as everyone's doing their best.

Just as an example : I do 750-800 dps as a i190 DRG (full proto-gordian + ravana) without using any buff and no Blood of the Dragon. I consider that better geared DRGs who do less are not knowledgeable or downright not trying. Does that make me an elitist, while I'm just asking for the bare minimum of the job (i.e., using its base rotation. It's even the 2.0 rotation here for those who might not be comfortable with BOTD) ?

I'll give some piece of advice to those trying, but I won't happily hold the hand of the "carry me I won't bother" crowd

I was the healer in this group, first like me start out by saying it would have been better if you suggested to the BLM to use Enochian instead of putting them on the spot and asking them repeatedly why they didn't use it. After you said something, she started using it
