Tell me something...
Why is it the action of a 15 year old to voice dissatisfaction with a product? Why is it that they, who clearly feel that the method in which SquareEnix is doing relics and is dissatisfied with it, should be considered a 'child' for choosing to vote with their wallet and to voice the dissatisfaction on the forums in the hope that it reaches the ears of Square Enix?
This is the most mature thing they could do. A 15 year old would just leave the game subbed and stop playing, because it's not their money they're wasting - it's their parents (Though, even at 15, my parent had me work around the neighborhood to earn my online subscription, and I still had to choose that over playing other games.)
It's not an overreaction. This part of the relic was very poorly designed, and people are not happy with it. If they choose to unsub because they found it to be a very poorly implemented thing, this could well be the straw that broke the camel rather than the sole* reason. Or the relic grind in the past might've been the major reason they stayed subbed. Regardless, to insult them for that is just... Gah. I'm trying not to be insulting with my thoughts on this - forgive me if I have come across overly abrasive.
Edit: Spelling. I put that 'rather than the soul reason' :3c...
