I play both as my mains in raid. MCH is slightly lower single target and much lower multi target due to their low dot potency, but it's still good and fun to play. If anything I would say that BRD takes more thought with buff usage, dot maintenance, MP usage, and oGCD management. MCH utility for which BRD has no equal takes a little to remember to make good use of. The mini virus and heavy abilities can be useful though currently not very big difference makers. Both are fun and viable and have their upsides and downsides.
