Monk 3.0 CHAKRA UNLEASHED

Hello. Bar Baron started working on a spreadsheet to calculate potency differences between two different monk rotations. I have since together with him developed it even further and it now calculates the expected damage and DPS. Though it is still a big WiP and a lot of stuff are not working fully. To use it just make a copy of the spreadsheet. I've also added the sks breakpoints for global cooldowns. One big thing to be noted is that AA is not working fully correctly and the total damage is a bit bigger than it should be. Also thanks to Dervy for his help with some of the formulas. All feedback is appreciated!
