Tiamat seems to be trying to break free of her bindings in Azyz Lla. Did she always do that? The movement is subtle but it's there - and I'm pretty certain it wasn't happening before 3.1 went live.

You know, I went and checked expecting it to just be her regular rather rhythmic breathing, but I definitely don't remember the neurolinks across her upper body/chest shaking in such a manner.
I remember them shaking before, not sure how much though.
I would expect to see more movement from her overall if she were trying to free herself; her head and wings move the same as before (which is to say almost not).
If it isn't just a weird graphical glitch, I suspect that it may be the neurolinks moving rather than her; perhaps they're sensitive to whatever is happening to the Triad...
EDIT: I do notice her green coloration is more apparent now, especially on her wings...though it may just be the weather and camera angle I'm starting at right now

There are also shaking neurolinks in the cutscene when you first met her. Can't check myself right now, if they're more shaking now.

I used to afk next to her sometimes. Her links were always shaking, and I chalked it up to animation choppiness.
But I agree that her story is infinitely more interesting than Nidhogg's. She can potentially be the Scions' personal ally, once it's been revealed to her how we took care of the source of her depression. In sure she felt Bahamut primal's demise, but perhaps knowing the details will convince Tiamat to wake up. Being accepted by Dad is our bridge to forming this relationship.
