Anywho, this post is asking for a bat $#!@ crazy villain that impedes us on our every move, for nothing more than the sake of harassing us or to generally be bat $#!@ crazy; so some notable examples:

So... A poorly written villain?

I don't know about you, but I like my characters to be relatable in some way, usually by having motivations that are at least comprehensible.
If you want a game where people are evil because
a.) They just are.
b.) They're insane, therefore evil
c.) They're loyal to the clearly evil person because they weren't ALWAYS evil.
Then go play WoW. Warcraft hasn't had a well written villain since Arthas.
