    1st to 3rd offence - Vote Kick: Offline (Character must actually be offline xx (5~ Minutes?) amount of time) = 15 minute of ONLINE* Duty Finder lockout
    4th offence - Vote Kick: Offline = 3 hour ONLINE* Duty Finder lockout and a irremovable Title during the duration called [INADEQUATE] [HOPELESS] or [QUITTER].
    5th Offence - Vote Kick: Offline = 5 Days Duty Finder lockout with title, because you've let enough people down by that point that they never needed you anyway.
    ^ Resets daily if no other offence is given in 24 hours.

    *Must be online for countdown to warrant

    These conditions are not harsh to people who do not practice this behavior.
