Is the Duty Finder working as it should?

10 pages of people complaining about the obviously broken duty finder and all they can say is "Working as intended". If this is intended you need to fire the person who thinks this is okay.

This is how SE works. After 1.0 they have an incredibly hard time admitting any weakness or anything is wrong.

Um yes. Every Roulette is indeed effected by this.

I'm waiting nearly an hour (and counting) for low level. I don't expect the queue to pop instantly but I don't think I've ever waited more than 30 mins:

Hmm. The only roulette I've had trouble with is Expert. I've run the level 50 roulette in particular a few times with no longer wait times than usual......

I read in one of the Verminion threads that the reason you get a penalty when leaving a match vs an NPC is because you are reserving part of the instance server and take it from someone else. If that's the case, with queue times like we see for PVP and usually for DPS (although now its any queue that does not include a tank), the kind of obvious solution is more servers are needed. Don't know what the chance of that is. When you see a queue time of over 30 minutes its definitely a problem.

A related issue though could also be more and more people choosing to queue with friends to have a better run. I do that a lot. Too much grief in DF parties with all strangers usually. That may be affecting how matchups are being made and increasing the queue time for those who queue solo.

This really needs fixed before the weekly reset. I don't wanna have to do twice the dungeons get the same amount of esoterics because the roulettes are broken.

All of the active healers in my FC are complaining about queue times for EX Roulette. It's to the point where they won't even go unless they can get a full party.

Not working for me either. 0/1 0/1 0/2 when forming party, no matter what class.

I have also noticed that only the roulette is taking forever. I can get into any 50+ dungeon in under 5 minutes as a dps. But could wait 25 - 30 minutes for roulette. Expert or not.
