Is the Duty Finder working as it should?

I (healer) was queued with two dps yesterday evening around primetime for ex roulette. We waited for tank for over half an hour until a tank from fc became available. One of the dps told me that he'd been in queue for over an hour solo already before we partied up.

Something definitely is wrong, before 3.1 I usually got in under 15 minutes even in slow hours of the day as a healer.

Over 40 minutes in a queue for expert today on two different occasions before giving up and logging off... It's broken SE....

Thanks for getting back to us Zhexos, but if SE does not see the problem with the duty Roulette than your not seeing what the rest of us are. I can get into the two new dungeons without the roulette as a healing in under 5 minutes but with the roulette it take 40 minutes to over an hour. With the roulette the way it is now it would be faster to run the dungeon 2 times without the roulette than to try once with it. If that's not a problem than I cant see my self wanting to do them at all.

Yes I don't see my role in the que but that's not the problem it's that it takes to long as a healer to even try anymore. I hope SE can see what the rest of us are talking about soon.

Had a FC friend not be able to do expert yesterday due to long queue times. She had 32min as AST this morning. I opted to join her on my WAR and got in instantly.

There is also display bug with DF, or perhaps there is more to it than that. Please don't brush off this issue.

Something else that feels off to me.. I helped a FC member with ravana story the other day because he was in queue for 3 hours without a pop. Yesterday, in what should have been prime time for my server, he was 4 hours into a bismark story queue as blm. Dunno if it did eventually pop.. I had raiding so I couldn't help. :/

The tank queues are a separate issue, which is covered in another thread.

This thread is mainly about the problem with Expert roulette, which as it stands is pretty much unusable unless you are queueing as a tank.
