I would consider it leeching on the simple fact they refused to help when asked, and still rolled on loot, despite not being willing to help earn said loot.

To be fair, the other person really has no obligation to help out. If they entered with the sole purpose of gathering, then I don't see why they can't just do that. It's not like they can enter the Diadem without some sort of party.
