People keep glossing over the other half of the reason jps can pug A3S. They come prepared. They know their job. They K OW Their jobs. They know how to communicate. They take responsibility for their weak play and work to fix it. When i200 dps can't beat Bismark dps just what do you is going to happen when they walk up to faust? Thats not the Man holding you down. That's on you as an individual.

Sure the 'pros' can be more patient and helpful, but you gotta meet em halfway. You can't just blame the other side for why we as a region suck. Newsflash: that's exactly why we suck. No one takes responsibilities for their own actions let alone respect the actions of others.

Actually... not all of what you say is true. Still a vast majority of JP players are not prepared for AS3. Most pugs still carry a couple i190's. There isn't really a go-to guide for the JP raiding community. Everyone uses different guides, so every pug does it differently. Most of us know our jobs, some do still do have trouble. Communication on the other hand... is actually slightly less than NA in a way. Voicechat is almost unused, JP players mainly use Skype for voicechat. That's one of the differences here.

Then why do JP players have a easier time to pug things in PF? The readiness to forgive, learn and move on.

    Example Situation.

NA Server - In a pug raid group.
    P1 - Where's the f**kn heals!
P2 - Why are you even in here if you can't even dps properly?
    P3 - F**k lag!
    P4 - WTF TANK USE UR CD'S!!!
P5 - Why you in here if u don't even know the mechanics!
    *Someone ragequits*
    ... and so on.

    JP Server - Same situation.
P1 - *Makes a mistake* 'I am so sorry, I messed that up...'
Rest of party - どまどま! - NPNP!

Even if someone makes a mistake, usually that person immediately apologizes and everyone forgives. Of course some may be raging inside, but they still give them a chance. Leaving a pug without having the party agreeing is considered very rude here. If someone wants to stop, they would say 'If we don't get to XX Phase, let's call it'.
Even with a group where you know DPS is not high enough, they give still do at least 5 runs. This gives enough experience for progression.

People shouldn't really be asking why Japanese can pug AS3, they should be asking why they can't pug it.
