If only it were so simple. You know 90 percent of those casuals wont care to make the effort to file a report? They just think the game is shit, not because the game, but because the players are. They know one way to #dealwithit is move on and maybe do better things with their time. You expect everyone to involve to care as much as you do. THAT is not "too realistic"

No, actually I do agree with you. If they decide not to use the report feature - it is their choice. That's what is this all about - about giving players choices and information.

Well you can try to kick them for harassment if you feel sb is just expecting you to farm for them. Sounds like harassment. If you need a parser to proof your suspection, it cant be that bad.

I can't tell when one dps is doing 75% of damage and the other one 25%. So it is not really an option. If all of them are doing 25%... well it is time to leave as the game is no longer fun when there are soft enrages... which is another issue.

The longer the fight takes the more strain it causes for the healer. If the healer fails... "healer why no heal?!?" Try to explain to them that boss is getting increased damage the longer the fight lasts and that your mana isn't unlimited.

Like what I said, quick to judge. Even if you're doing sub par dps, doesn't mean that you aren't trying to improve, some people are in the process of improving. Some people are struggling to play the so called best rotation, but that doesn't mean they aren't trying to learn it, but from what I see frequently, those parser people just kick them "wtf are you doing, ur dps number is so low, stop playing go uninstall", vote kick them.

I haven't seen this happen once. I have seen "dps is shit" followed by leave tho.

With help of parser we can help these players who are willing to improve. That's pretty much what it is. Everyone can play the same way they do now... but then others can see their contribution. I am certain that more players are going to help someone underperforming - rather than mock them and kick them right after it. That's how much i believe in this community.

Hmm? I dont get it. Sure they have the choice to report. But the majority of those getting harassed are the people that arent tight-buttcheeks-tryhards who will make the efforts. Thats normal and has to expected, so the correct course of action from devside is to prevent harassment of those making little efforts and ask the others to make big efforts if they plan to harass someone via global parser. I dont think we agree here. Choices are good for those who care to invest, not those who dont.

Use pf. Dont ask for a global parser in sastasha. Let the newbs try to improve via personal parser. I dont see it
