none of them needs an "excuse" to fly besides Kirin and Magitek. all of the other ones already don't touch the ground or have wings.

are you going to pay the devs overtime so other people can get what they want? flight animation doesn't grow on trees.

I'm not entirely sure that the Magitek Reaper really needs an excuse to fly.

There are plenty of examples of technological walkers similar to this that have flight capability. I'd go as far as to say that the 'wings' are purely cosmetic for the Magitek Reaper in flight, and that instead there is a Magitek flight system built into the device that neither Cid, nor we were aware of. I mean, those flying gunships (the cylinders with wings) can't possibly fly with just those wings, so there has to be a Magitek system for flight capability build into them. The armored Magitek Reapers look more advanced (to my eyes) than those flying gunships, so why wouldn't they include that capability in them?

Wait so if Magitek armors could fly this whole time... the why didn't the Garleans............
