Just throwing it out there, but I'll agree that the game isn't really inclined to the hardcore raiding community. That's also not the primary customer of the game. I would be willing to bet that if you looked at the population most people are still under i180 and a good chunk of them are still working on getting to 60.

The game hasn't been focused around the endgame raiding scene since it's re-release as far as I can see.
