    Absolutely. They mentioned there will be some minor changes to PLD in 3.1
    At no point did they explicitly state it would be a damage increase. At this point it's just speculation.

    changes in no way implies DPS increase.

    Yeah changes, but it dosn't mean it's gonna have a DPS increase though, might just give it more def against magic or better TP management.
