How to Dragoon per Second: A DPS Paradigm

I'm still struggling really hard to figure out how it's possible to squeeze out 100 more dps in Phases 1 and 2 combined to hit 1450 going into adds. Unless using a potion and NOT holding b4b for EC are all that's needed to do that? Would that be an extra 100 dps? These were the parses from my group going into add phase from last night.

My rotation for each of these was (more or less):

I might have missed 1-2 Leg Sweeps in there.

Last gsk didn't always go off, sometimes I forgot gsk 2 in phase 1. I end up getting 2-3 gsk on double hand, depending how quickly they pull them apart for Fist. Some of the runs also had it go Fist>Fist instead of Hand>Fist, but that just made me not double-dot; I'd use FT (with Life Surge) on the main hand, follow back to mid and drop CT on the opposite hand during Digititis, continuing from EC after that. Didn't really seem to impact much at all. (Those runs were the ones where the SMN is sub-1200)

Is there something there I'm doing markedly wrong/can improve upon to get up higher, or am I just "low" due to lack of Potion and holding B4B?

Just use the disembowel and pick up the next phase w/ CT > Ph > TTT4 and after wash away start the regular rotation w/ HT - BoTD back up right before FT. This lets you have a Dis queued up after 2nd wash away. Here I just Dis-CT-4th-Ph the closest one then elusive to do the same to the other hand.

For the GSKs, you should be able to get 3-4 on both hands based on fist/slap. Then the 5th usually isn't on double for me. Total of 10 GSKs before both hands go invuln the past few weeks I've cleared A3S.

I didn't get all 10 GSKs in this parse because I was a little trigger happy, but the highlight I'll link below is from last night when I went into A3S to help out Thendiel's group. I think it's a good demonstration of how I normally try to do the opening and hand phase. Typically results vary between 1420-1460 at the conclusion of hand phase. I certainly can be better.

Well the stream I did tuesday I never got my 5 on double hands cause we sucked really bad from some reason, but I was able to be at 1560 going into adds with my wep. Prolly can get that to 1600 now. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=teXgROMLTMo (Quality will get better I just uploaded.) Two things to note. The first is when the hands split and I backflip, thats where I missed my 1st of the 5 on double hands, you can see me turn my camera but I just didnt think I could get it off, Thats why I only get 4 then 5th before they leave. Second is I have no clue why I used a CT combo at the end of the phase LOL, I normally just TTVTFT there, but oh well. Those 2 things along could have boosted me close to the 1600 mark. I'll get it next week!

That was a nice video! Your dive crit at the beggining was impressive though ! You had your 210 on the video i pressume?
