    Actually it's a little bit steeper for the DRK than 1 GCD and that's because of the mana cost. MP means very little to a PLD unless they're spamming clemency, flash or stoneshield. So the MP cost of the swap really isn't something the PLD is going to feel.

    On the other hand MP is damage to a DRK. Excess MP will be spent on DA + SE which is an extra 120 pot over using Delirium. Grit costs something like 75% of DA, so you're really losing about 90 pot worth of damage on top of the lost GCD. Not as bad as PLD, but still more than the single GCD. Well, and probably a few 1/10ths of a second depending on how good you are at timing the Grit drop > next attack at the start of the GCD.
