I know they havent decided yet but they still wont. I see you have the one craft at R40 so you have a small sliver of crafting exp. Making +3s the only HQs will not happen. Making +3s almost never happens. They would be punishing a HUGE portion of the player base and rewarding almost no one. Maybe thats what you want to happen because you are concerned for PS3 players. SE should be smart enough to realize how negatively it would impact future game sales. So again I will say...
