Please change crafting NQ/HQ plans to not penalize current players.

Like many people I have been playing FFXIV for a long time and for many hours and believe that planned changes should be fair to the players who are playing the game.

There have been many posts on the proposed changes, but I want to beseech you to reconsider.

First of all, the changes of NQ/+1 into NQ and +2?/+3 into HQ are just not fair. How are players to continue after the 1.20 update when all of their High Quality +1 gear is reduced to normal quality? Whather you took the time and materials required to make a +1 version or spent gil to get a HQ version, you should not be penalized by an update.

Secondly, you have indicated that having all HQ synthesis materials will result in 100% HQ finished item, but is there any chance that NQ items could result in an HQ synthesis? As a crafter, I implore you to keep this possibility. We often spend hours grinding through materials and recipes and can sometimes sustain the supply of materials or crystals by creating the odd HQ item.

Lastly, I would like you to consider how to remove lowballing from the market process. Currently all players can see the offering prices of all items and many unscrupulous players simply list their items lower than the cheapest item in order to sell their item faster. This seriously impacts crafters. We simply cannot sell items to finance our crafting.

I would like to see a blind auction system where the nearest price sells before the lowest price with a price range of the last 100 sales indicated to the buyer. Prices should fluctuate with supply and demand but not be as easily manipulated.
