Dissipation does need a buff. Turn it into a sacrifice enkindle. Sac Selene and gain a lightspeed buff for a 15 seconds disappation duration instead of 30. Give Eos something like a regen added to physick or anything that fits with eos really. Large mp regen idc. XD
