So I guess we will just have alot of ACC this tier that will go to waste

Seems so... And I even tried to account for that 18 Accuracy from Pipira and change some other gear piece, but the pieces that give accuracy, give such a big amount, that it doesn't seem to work. At least not without getting worse stats.
