Really? They function JUST AS WELL? Do you have numbers to back that up? Because the way it is currently, across ALL servers, on ALL clears of Alex Savage, I'm seeing WARs. Kindly provide pics/links/proof that a DRK/PLD static has cleared Alex Savage in the same gear as the WAR/DRK or WAR/PLD statics on a close time range of about 6 days.

You asked for a clear, not an optimized one. I gave you a clear. It doesn't have the same synergy yeah. But it works. Sufficiently enough to clear savage.

You forget that if they included a NIN then the benefit is now gone. Likewise if they didn't include a scholar they would have suffered too. Its a party based games, some classes will bring things that help the others. Having this dynamic is a good thing and allows for creative party building.

If the enrage timer is met, no body gives a flying rat's tail. They met it with a far from "optimal" setup in their DPS classes. They have a MNK which does lower DPS than either NIN or DRG. They also have a BLM which does less DPS than SMN. This video proves my point that there is no class that is needed on its own.

This party did not wipe to AoE because they do not have Storm Path. They also met the DPS check without the slashing debuff. You're the one who has their panties in a twist because you feel WAR is so "superior" and content cannot be done without them.

You haven't cleared ANY or the SCoB of FCoB. So I wouldn't call your maining WAR and PLD pre-3.0 relevant! Also just for the fact I killed Ravana Ex and Alexander normal, I am far more experienced than you whose experience ends at expert roulette. But let's not flaunt our e-peens at each other.

In every post I posted around the forums I packed my statements with numbers. Just because people aren't doing it it doesn't mean it can't be done. Perhaps they are too stupid to realize it can be done. DRK does EQUAL DPS as WAR, so no, WAR isn't the best OT. What WAR a does as OT, he can do as MT. Nothing special about WAR OT. PLD is a far better OT than it is MT. Check my other posts if you can't see why.

It is a team game, so you, whither you're a DRK or PLD, should man the f*** up, and let the person that does a better job do it. If you are a DRK and don't wanna level PLD, just let your WAR "partner" tank the physical fights and you OT that fight. Believe it or not? Raid-wide DPS increases.
