And defiance stacks increase parry now also

Even with the addition of Raw Intuition and the change to Wrath bonus parry is still garbage. It doesn't work on magic attacks and aside from the force proc from RI, it's all RNG. STR no longer increases the amount you block/parry for (one of the only things parry had going for it).

At this point it's a stat that SE should probably just remove from the game completely unless they have some secret plan to actually make it worthwhile.

As far as I can tell, the main thing that it would have to follow, is the ability to wear plated armor, since SE likes keeping tanks in the same gear.

The armor would only need to have the stats of heavy armor, they can make it look however they please.
